South Everest LLC

Waste-To-Commodity.

We are happy to introduce a new term that benefits societies and improves the health of the planet using proven gasification technology.

2000 °C. High pressure. Molecular dissociation. Zero emissions.

This is not pyrolysis.

Gasification, more specifically slag-gasification, is a Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) solution that turns waste into valuable commodities for your region. Our specialty is Waste-To-Urea — all with zero emissions. Here is the basic flow.

South Everest LLC is developing a portfolio of waste-to-commodity projects built around Sierra Energy's FastOx slag-gasification technology. The FastOx system converts MSW into valuable commodity outputs with zero emissions.

Some of the designed-for outputs are:

  • Electricity
  • Green Hydrogen
  • Sulfur-free Diesel
  • Sustainable Aircraft Fuel (SAF)
  • Ammonia
  • Methanol
  • Urea (fertilizer)
  • Inert Vitreous Fill for landscaping, filtering, construction, etc.

Sierra Energy is based in California. They have a five-year operating record at Fort Hunter Liggett, a U.S. military base in California. Performance and financial data for 5 years is available after a signed, mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement is in place. Sierra is currently completing Gen-2, designed for improved efficiency. South Everest works in close coordination with Sierra on this initiative for our projects.

What we do

We assess your MSW Waste-To-Commodity project at the early stages of development and assist in bringing it to fruition. In our experience, answers to initial questions can save developers a lot of time and frustration. All projects have slightly different parameters that must exist within the capabilities of the existing technology. A good place to start is by reviewing the details of the proposed project:

1

Assess Project Concept

  • What is the overarching MSW goal or problem to solve in your region?

2

Connection to Technology and the Experts

  • We compile the provided data and share it with our technology/plant partner to address any additonal questions.
  • An intitial proposal is created by the technology partner which covers project cost estimates, commodity off-take bottom lines and profitability.
  • Schedule virtual meetings.
  • Arrange a physical plant visit in California.
  • After this work is completed, the developers should present the proposal to the municipality to seek approvals.

3

Assist Finance Procurement

  • After a positive pre-feasibility is completed investors can be engaged.
  • An intitial proposal is created by the technology partner which covers project cost estimates, commodity off-take bottom lines and profitability.
  • If the investor is positive, prepare the appropriate legal documents with relevant stakeholders, such as a Master Services Agreement (MSA), or similar document.
  • Arrange payment to Sierra Energy in accordance with the agreement among the investors and Sierra Energy.

4

Bring Additional Value To The Deal

  • Begin on-the-ground project operations.
  • Our goal is sucessful projects.
